Ceduna 1

Leaving from Eucla we had soon crossed the border into the land of dancing camels, wombats and kangaroos, and occasionally wombats being chased by kangaroos.

The trip to Ceduna included the really 'null arbor' part of the great crossingfrom west to east. We stopped after Nularbor roadhouse and had a bit of a look at it. I'd seen some things in flower and wanted to have a closer look

Later on we stopped again to have another walk and we found a track to wander up. The trees had started again by then. There really is very little treeless expanse on the road trip. It was a grey day for the most part.

Later on we started to find civilsation again with green crops and powerlines. It is a bit sad to leave the vast expanses of deserted country.

We gave up the last of our Perth fruit and veg in the last 3 km before Ceduna and promptly went into town and bought some SA fruit and veg instead.
